1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the raja89 website, mobile-optimized interface, and all related services accessible at raja89.cam.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by an individual to access the Platform's services.
• "User" / "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account and uses the Platform for wagering, gaming, or any associated activity.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and bonus credits held within a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by raja89 that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a User must bet the value of a bonus (or bonus plus deposit, where specified) before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Real-Money Balance" means funds deposited by the User using an approved payment method, net of any applicable processing adjustments.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process required by raja89 prior to authorization of withdrawals or at any time at the Company's discretion.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law or Company policy.
• "IDR" / "Rp" means Indonesian Rupiah, the currency in which transactions on the Platform are denominated for Indonesian Users.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the raja89 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously:

1. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting on behalf of a third party).
2. You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. 21+ Only
3. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
4. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list operated by raja89 or any affiliated platform.
5. You must not be accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
6. You must not be acting as an agent, affiliate, or representative of any third party in registering or using the Account.

raja89 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily established. Determination of eligibility is made at the Company's sole discretion.

3 Account Registration

To access the wagering and gaming services provided by raja89, you must register a single Account. The following conditions govern Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each User is permitted to hold only one active Account. raja89 prohibits the creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual. Violation of this rule results in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances held therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and active mobile phone number. Registration under a false identity constitutes fraud and may be reported to relevant authorities.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username, password, and any two-factor authentication details). raja89 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security.
• Password Requirements: Passwords must be a minimum of eight characters and include at least one uppercase letter, one number, and one special character. You should change your password regularly and never share it with any third party.
• Contact Details Updates: You must promptly notify raja89 of any changes to your registered contact information by updating your Account profile or contacting support at [email protected].
• Account Non-Transferability: Accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, pledge, or otherwise transfer your Account or any portion of your Balance to another person.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

raja89 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to comply with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, confirm user eligibility, and prevent fraud. The following provisions apply:

• Mandatory Verification: KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal request is processed. raja89 may also require verification at any point in time at its discretion, including during routine account review or following unusual transaction activity.
• Accepted Identity Documents: Valid government-issued photo identification, including Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), Passport, or Driving License (SIM). Documents must be current, undamaged, and clearly legible.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the past three months showing your registered address in Indonesia.
• Payment Verification: Copies of bank account details or e-wallet account screenshots confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja).
• Verification Timeline: raja89 endeavors to complete KYC review within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation. Withdrawal processing is suspended during the verification period.
• Refusal Consequences: Failure or refusal to provide required KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe (typically 30 days of request) may result in Account suspension, restrictions on withdrawals, or Account closure.

All documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in strict accordance with raja89's Privacy Policy and applicable data protection standards. Documents are used solely for identity verification and fraud prevention purposes.

5 Deposits

The following terms govern the deposit of funds into your raja89 Account:

• Accepted Payment Methods: raja89 accepts deposits via BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Accepted methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account.
• Deposit Currency: All deposits are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Amounts are credited to your Account at the prevailing exchange rate where applicable.
• Processing Time: Deposits via local Indonesian banks and e-wallets are typically credited instantly or within five minutes. Delays arising from the payment provider's systems are outside raja89's control.
• No Platform Fees: raja89 does not charge any platform-side processing fees on deposits. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you and are sourced from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made using third-party payment methods are prohibited and will be reversed.
• Deposit Limits: raja89 may apply minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day. You may also set voluntary personal deposit limits via the Responsible Gaming section of your Account settings.

6 Withdrawals

The following terms govern the withdrawal of funds from your raja89 Account:

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified bank account or e-wallet registered in your name. raja89 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Processing Time: Verified accounts can expect withdrawal processing within 15 minutes during normal operating hours (WIB, UTC+7). Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays including Idul Fitri and Nyepi, or scheduled system maintenance.
• KYC Prerequisite: All withdrawals require a completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts may deposit and wager but cannot process withdrawals until verification is complete.
• Wagering Requirement Compliance: Withdrawals from balances that include active Bonus Funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met in full prior to processing.
• Withdrawal Limits: Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day apply and are displayed in the Account settings area. High-value withdrawal requests may require additional verification.
• No Platform Fees: raja89 does not charge processing fees on withdrawals. Your receiving bank or e-wallet provider may apply independent charges.
• Right to Request Documentation: raja89 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal request prior to processing, particularly where the amount is significant or account activity has been flagged for review.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

raja89 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions stated in the individual promotion:

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered users who meet the criteria specified in each promotion. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are for new registrations or active players in good standing.
• One Bonus Per Household: Only one bonus per household, IP address, device, or payment method is permitted, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement, which must be satisfied in full before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion page.
• Validity Period: Bonuses expire within the timeframe specified on the relevant promotion page, counted from the date of issuance. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino and sportsbook bets may contribute at a reduced rate as specified per promotion.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While wagering a bonus, the maximum permitted bet per round or per event is Rp 200.000 unless the promotion states otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit during active bonus wagering may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Abuse and Fraud: raja89 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or fraudulent activity is identified. This includes, but is not limited to, coordinated wagering strategies designed to fulfill requirements with minimal risk.
• Seasonal Promotions: Promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August) are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of launch. Specific Gregorian dates for lunar-calendar holidays are not fixed and will be confirmed in the promotion announcement.
• Right to Modify: raja89 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that players who have already opted into an active promotion are not materially disadvantaged mid-cycle.

8 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on raja89. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published in the relevant game or market interfaces.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by raja89. A bet is confirmed only when a unique bet reference number is issued by the system. Bets shown as "pending" are not confirmed.
• Odds Fluctuation: Odds on the raja89 sportsbook are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable at the moment of confirmation are the binding odds for that wager, regardless of subsequent movements.
• Obvious Errors: raja89 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were posted due to an obvious pricing error. Where possible, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to the player's Account.
• Event Cancellations: If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond 48 hours of its original scheduled time, or abandoned before a result can be determined, all affected bets will be voided and stakes refunded, unless otherwise specified in the sport-specific rules.
• Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all legs to be settled as winners for the bet to pay out. A single void leg may, depending on applicable rules, result in the parlay being recalculated without that leg rather than fully voided.
• Live Betting: In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension at any time during an event. Bets submitted during a suspension window will be rejected. raja89 is not liable for connectivity or latency issues affecting live bet placement.
• Maximum Payout: Individual market payouts are subject to maximum payout limits as displayed in the platform. Winnings exceeding the published limit for a market will be capped at that limit.
• Casino and Live Games: Games including togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), live baccarat, roulette, and slot gacor (high-RTP slot) titles are governed by the individual game rules displayed in-platform and the published RTP figures for each title.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the raja89 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registering multiple accounts or assisting another person in registering an account in violation of these Terms.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under 21 years of age or while located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid AML thresholds, or depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended game behaviors for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, scrape odds data, or circumvent Platform security measures.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live casino, or any competitive gaming format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the Platform's software infrastructure.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Platform staff, other users, or third-party support agents.
• Engaging in any form of arbitrage betting strategy specifically designed to exploit promotional offers with guaranteed profit regardless of outcome.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the raja89 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software architecture, odds data feeds, promotional materials, and any other original work — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or is used under valid license from third-party rights holders.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial wagering and gaming purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any element of the Platform without the Company's prior written consent.

Unauthorized use of raja89's intellectual property may constitute infringement under applicable law and will be pursued accordingly. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, raja89 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, raja89 specifically excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, wagering losses, or financial losses of any kind arising from Platform use.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, and GoPay.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Loss or corruption of data transmitted through the Platform.
• Actions of third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) in respect of game malfunctions, incorrect payouts, or game unavailability.

In jurisdictions where exclusion of certain liabilities is not permitted, raja89's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent allowable under applicable law. In no event shall the total aggregate liability of the Company to any User exceed the amount deposited by that User in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by raja89 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, raja89 collects personal data necessary to operate your Account, verify your identity, process transactions, and fulfill legal obligations. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unauthorized third parties. All data is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption in transit and at rest.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting our support team. Certain data may be retained beyond Account closure to satisfy legal and regulatory obligations.

13 Responsible Gaming

raja89 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gaming practices. We provide a suite of player-protection tools accessible at all times via your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Configure alerts and automatic log-outs after a specified play duration.

14 Suspension & Termination

raja89 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct.
• Discovery that the Account holder is under 21 years of age or is located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Chargebacks or disputed payment transactions initiated by the User.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months without any login or wagering activity.
• Regulatory or legal obligation requiring Account closure.

Upon Account closure for legitimate breach, all Bonus Funds and associated winnings may be forfeited. Real-Money Balances attributable to the User's own deposits will be returned following completion of any outstanding verification or investigation, subject to any legal hold requirements.

Users may close their own Account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure does not entitle the User to waive any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.

15 Amendments

raja89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the email address associated with their Account and/or by prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 16 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which raja89 holds its international operating license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration administered under internationally recognized arbitration rules.

Users acknowledge that online betting is subject to complex and varying legal frameworks in Indonesia. Users are solely responsible for determining the legality of accessing the Platform under applicable local law and bear full responsibility for any legal consequences arising from their use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit the Company's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court of jurisdiction to prevent or restrain a breach of these Terms.
